Stunning panoramic views from the apartments, especially enjoyed the idyllic view of the hills, meadows, and cows. The hosts were great, providing interesting conversation and accommodating service. The breakfasts were a highlight, with fresh regional cheese and delicious local breads.
The lack of coffee and tea facilities in the apartment was inconvenient, especially for those staying in the upper houses. the bugs and noise from the surrounding area, including barking dogs and fireworks, could disturb some guests.

The private apartment at Pico Do Refugio - Casas De Campo is the perfect cozy retreat. With large windows, it feels like your own little haven. The bedroom on the mezzanine offers stunning views of the North coast. The kitchenette and living room ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a young couple, we loved the intimate atmosphere this apartment provided.
The only downside, and this is just my personal opinion, is that the bathtub in the bathroom might be a bit outdated. However, I'm sure many people would still enjoy a relaxing soak in it.
